Yesterday there were two new listings for riverfront properties on the Pecos River. The first is a small lot near the village of Pecos and the second is located in the private community of Tres Lagunas. There is a huge difference in price but if you are a true Private Water afficianado, pay the money and buy the Tres Lagunas lot…. Think about it, at Tres Lagunas you get aproximately 40 times more river stocked with trophy trout and completely private. Take a look and let me know what you think.
