I think it is time to make an offer on this nice little cabin that hugs the Pecos River just above Windy Bridge.  This place has bee available for some time but frankly the price has always been too high (in my opinion).  However, with today’s reduction I believe that an offer below $200M might gain traction with this seller, again just my opinion.  You couldn’t build new for that price even if there was a lot available, in fact any decent piece of land on the river would go for more.  So if you have been dreaming about a Pecos River hideaway, give some thought to this cabin and give me a call.
